The top photo looks south at digging being done to make a public fishing lake at a former lagoon site. There will be a walking/biking trail around the lake's perimter. To help give perspective as to this location, the treeline you see in the far right background runs along Highway 60. In the bottom photo, dirt removed from the lake site is being trucked a short distance to what will become a centralized parking lot on the city-owned property.
